Mandi founded Australia's largest digital media company for parents, Babyology.
Mandi was the Founder & CEO of Babyology 2007-2017. Babyology is the number one media company for Australian parents. The business was acquired in 2017 and at the time had a Facebook following of over 1.2 million and 1 million visitors to the website each month with a staff of 25 people.
Mandi is an experienced businesswoman and entrepreneur, who started her first business at the age of 23 and was a finalist in the Australian Telstra Business Awards.
With a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW and 20 years of business and entrepreneurial experience, she has built and run various businesses including a cookie company, a relocation business, and a digital media publishing company.
Mandi has worked with many start-ups, scale-ups, and corporates helping them to grow their businesses to become more efficient, raising capital, focusing on community, digital, social media, growth, and marketing strategy.
Mandi graduated from the AICD Company Directors Course in 2018 and has held positions as a Non-Executive Director with Bicycles for Humanity, Global Business Development Director for the Women in Tech global organization, and the Founding Advisor with Climate Salad.
Mandi is currently a NED for School Can’t, an organisation that advocates for parents and carers who have children experiencing difficulties attending school.
Mandi spent 2019/20 in Tuscany with her family focusing on the future and planning the next steps for her return to Australia. She appeared at many conferences across Europe and is working with ICON Italy and the Mayor of Siena on a sustainability plastics project due to be completed by 2028.
Mandi recently completed a contract with Ronni Kahn AO on the Coaching and Leadership organisation Prana1317. She has joined Mentor Walks as Director of Global Partnerships, to support their global mission of making quality mentoring accessible to women everywhere.
Mandi has also launched a new venture in 2023, Nourish Travel, offering luxury retreats globally with the first ones heading to Tuscany in March 2024.
